What we collect

When you submit the form: name, phone, email, town, project type, budget, timeline, notes, the page and time. We keep a hashed IP address and approximate country to prevent spam, and may use cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics.

How we share it

We share your request with up to 3 independent window contractors serving your area so they can contact you by phone, text or email, only when you check the consent box. We don't sell your information to data brokers.

Retention and choices

We keep requests up to 24 months. To have yours deleted, submit the form with "delete my request" in the notes using the same email.

Security

Requests are stored with Cloudflare and accessible only with a private access key.
